Futures Announces Jennie Willock as New CEO

Futures is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennie Willock as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Jennie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. With a strong strategic vision and proven leadership capabilities, Jennie is well-equipped to lead Futures into its next phase of evolution and success. 

In her previous role as Interim CEO, Jennie demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, successfully driving business transformation. Her passion for impact, innovation and dedication to excellence aligns with the core values of Futures, making her an ideal choice to guide the company.  

 

As the new CEO, Jennie will focus on advancing Futures commitment to customer satisfaction, fostering a collaborative work environment, and prioritising innovation and impact. She will steer the company's strategic plans to support our owner Councils and respond to the skills and employment needs of local residents to raise aspiration and social mobility. 

"I am honoured to take up the role of CEO at Futures and have the opportunity to lead such a talented team," said Jennie, “I am confident that together, we will play a transformative role and deliver a genuine socio-economic impact, addressing deprivation and social exclusion, and creating opportunity for all throughout the communities we serve.

I joined Futures in 2017 having been drawn to its values, and I remain as passionate as I was then, today”. 

Jennie will be working closely with the board, executive team, employees, and stakeholders to leverage their collective expertise and take Futures to new heights.
