Staying Safe and Supporting You Through COVID Plan B

10th December, 2021 Read time: Two minutes

Following the recent announcements and changes to Coronavirus guidelines, we are updating the ways we support people and businesses.

As always, our focus is the safety of our people - both staff and customers. With this in mind, the way we deliver some of our services is changing.

For our careers advice and support services, we'll be increasing our virtual and telephone appointments, We will continue to accept walk-in appointments at our centres, but if you prefer, you can book in advance to see an adviser.

Masks, hand sanitising/washing and 1 meter distancing will be mandatory in our centres and during face-to-face appointments. We will have spare, disposable masks available for those who don't have one.

For apprenticeships and training, we're continuing to deliver our services digitally. If you're completing an apprenticeship or course with us, these will be delivered online for the time being. You'll be contacted by your tutors to confirm arrangements for this.

We'd like to take the time to thank all of our customers and colleagues for their continued flexibility, understanding, and patience. We are committed to keeping everyone safe, and we would not be able to do so without your support.
