Futures is Proud to Announce Two New Associate Directors

Today we announce the appointment of two new Associate Directors, Jen Lovett and Daphne Saxelby.

Jen will be stepping into the role of Associate Director of People and Culture, whilst Daphne will be taking the role of Associate Director of Excellence.

Paul Price-Hazelhurst, Futures CEO said "I firmly believe the experience and passion they bring will strengthen the Executive Leadership Team will have a significant impact on making sure Futures always does the right thing and makes a difference."  

Jen Lovett, newly appointed Associate Director of People and Culture shared that “Excited is a word that I never tire of saying when asked how I feel about working at Futures.  We’ve achieved so much together working as one team during really challenging times.  There is so much more that I know we can do together as we move forward and not only make Futures a great place to work for our people, but realise an ambition to become one of the best companies to work for.  Now, how exciting is that?” 

Jen has a wealth of experience in human resource management achieved by working in commercial and mainly public sector organisations. Daphne's background within the FE sector is rooted in workplace learning and development.

Daphne, Associate Director of Excellence said that “I’m thrilled with the progress we’ve seen over recent months in our strategy to embed a culture of continuous improvement across all our activities at Futures. My priority by joining ELT is to increase that momentum, to strive for excellence from our teams and to ensure that all that we do has a positive and meaningful impact on our customers, our stakeholders and our partners.”
