We helped Jordan find a place to call home

Jordan found himself in a very stressful situation, through no fault of his own. He was out of education and had nowhere to live, sofa surfing for months.

This is a situation no young person should find themselves in, but as a young person with autism, the amount of change was especially turbulent for Jordan.

He met Ann-Louise, a Futures Homelessness Employability Coach, at the Job Centre in February 2019 and was subsequently supported through mental health issues and found a secure home. We are now supporting him to feel settled, and to get back into education, work or training.
