Stress can effect everyone, and can manifest differently in each individual. Now more than ever, it is important that we look after both our physical and mental wellbeing.

According to the Mental Health Foundation 74% of adults in the UK have felt so stressed at some point over the last year they felt they were unable to cope. So many of us experience high levels of stress and it's damaging to our physical as well as mental health.

Whilst it's important that you understand what your personal causes of stress are so you can take steps to reduce it, we turned to our leadership team to ask for their tips...
