Futures is committed to ensuring the Health, Safety and Welfare of all its employees and individuals accessing our services. In order to ensure this we set ourselves high standards for the management of Health & Safety.

Making sure our employees have a safe working environment and safeguarding their health is one of our key priorities and forms part of our business objectives. As an employer we recognise and accept our responsibility under the Health and Safety a Work Act 1974 and other associated regulations as well as the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all our employees, visitors and any contractors, so far as is reasonably practicable.

Each individual within the company holds responsibility to ensure that their activities and roles are carried out with the health and safety of those around them in mind, and that they comply with the relevant policies and company procedures at all times.
