Staying Safe Through Covid

As always, our main concern is looking after the safety of our people - both staff and customers. With this in mind, the way we deliver some of our services is changing.

We'll be increasing our virtual and telephone appointments. We will continue to accept walk-in appointments at our centres, but if you prefer, you can book in advance to see an adviser.

Masks, hand sanitising/washing and 1 meter distancing will be optional in our centres and during face-to-face appointments. We will have spare, disposable masks available for those who would like one.
