The timetable for this exercise is as follows:

• Thursday 11^th October – EOI window opens
• Thursday 25^th October 23:59 – Deadline for submission of EOI

w/c Monday 29^th October 2018 – Evaluation and scoring of Tender Responses, informing successful bidders that they have been named in our bid. A standstill period of 10 days will begin from the day we notify successful bidders and enter further negotiations and due diligence.

Organisations should complete their EOI in full and submit it by email to the following address by Thursday 25^th October 23:59 2018: alerts@the-futures-group.com

Queries will be answered within 2 working days. Applicants must not contact individual employees of Futures to raise queries or discuss the tender process.
