Meet our new Director of Operations, Amanda Payne

Futures Group board of Directors are delighted to share the appointment of Amanda Payne in to the position of Director of Operations. 

As an established and respected colleague for the last 20 years, the Executive Team celebrate Amanda in her outstanding career progression, commenting; ‘her hard work, dedication and passion for doing the right thing shines through and she serves as a role model for all with the journey she has taken in her career.’ 

In her role Amanda will be responsible for the operational delivery of Futures services across the East Midlands, East of England and beyond. Having worked for the organisation for much of its history, Amanda is the perfect fit in ensuring the delivery of our purpose; ‘Empowering People, Businesses and Communities to Achieve more’.
