We recognise that, from time to time, you may wish to tell us about something that has fallen below your expectations.

If you wish to make a complaint, you are able to do so by talking to our staff, or by contacting us on 08000 85 85 20 or by sending us a message via our ‘Get in touch’.

If you do submit a complaint, please be aware that the following timescales are in place:

  • Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days
  • You will receive a full response from us within 7 working days
  • If you are not satisfied with the response, your complaint will be referred to a senior manager, who will get back to you within 7 further working days.
