You will be a skilled practitioner and qualified teacher ensuring learners are engaged, inspired and challenged within their learning and also responsible for implementing their Individual Learning Plan (ILP) from initial enrolment to the completion of their learning aims.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of delivering Adult Skills training, and working with funding and awarding bodies. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, evolving and targeted environment, be highly organised and efficient, and have desire and aspiration for delivering OFSTED graded outstanding teaching and learning. You will also be flexible to travel at short notice to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across our selection of accredited courses with the objective of preparing learners for sustainable employment.
