Skills Coach – Career Development Professional Apprenticeship
- Salary: Salary band: £23,956- £29,302 per annum (pro-rata)
- Hours: 18.5 hours per week

What are we looking for?
Futures have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team delivering Apprenticeship Standards. This role is to deliver Career Development Professional Apprenticeship recently launched by Futures for Business. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of current industry practices in Career Guidance and Development, and a passion for providing outstanding service in the workplace.
Do you have the desire to combine your experience of teaching and learning and Career Guidance to develop high quality programmes and provide coaching and support to Apprentices and employers? You will need to have experience of delivering to meet high expectations and a desire to learn. Full training will be provided to develop understanding of Apprenticeship delivery, teaching and learning, and assessment practice.
The successful applicant will work towards Assessor and Teaching qualifications if not already held.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding service to support clients personal development
- Have current workplace experience in delivery of Careers Guidance
- Preferably hold a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development
- Be willing to work towards a teaching qualification and an Assessing qualification
- Hold Maths and English qualifications at level 2
