The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive working within our expanding Apprenticeship Engagement Team. The purpose of this role will be to manage the whole recruitment while also supporting local businesses, candidates, and the Apprenticeship Account Managers. Duties will include writing job adverts and posting them on all relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate, alongside screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates.  You will be required to work with autonomy and high levels of personal motivation to meet targets, work in collaboration with a team, and to engage and support the recruitment of individuals to fill job vacancies.

The successful candidate

  • Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing or administration
  • Ability to build and manage a talent pool of candidates
  • Capacity to work independently as part of a small team
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging targets and KPIs
  • Knowledge of the Apprenticeship/Skills or Welfare-to-Work provision would be advantageous
