Quality Manager

  • Salary: Grade 7 with a salary scale starting at £36,000

What are we looking for? 

Futures are passionate about ensuring a high-quality experience for all our customers and we are pleased to be recruiting for an additional Quality Manager to join our established Quality Team. We are looking for a quality driven individual to embed quality reviews across the business with a passion for development of professional practice.

The successful candidate will hold a breadth of experience across learning environments.  Knowledge and experience of driving improvements in the delivery of learning through deep dive activity, observation of practice, and coaching of delivery teams is essential.

The Quality Manager will report to the Quality Improvement Managers and together with a team of Quality Improvement Specialists, you will drive the quality improvement strategy across the business.
The role is predominantly remote working with occasional national travel.

Job Specification Requirements

  • A minimum of Level 4 qualification in teaching, learning & development, or guidance
  • An experienced practitioner within the FE sector
  • Experienced in the observation of teaching, learning, and guidance delivery
  • Current experience of coaching and mentoring of delivery teams
  • A robust understanding of the applications of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence and drive quality improvement.
