At Futures, we want you to feel confident about visiting our centre and talking to advisers. Going somewhere new can be daunting if you don’t know what to expect.

We’ve made this short video to show you around our Nottingham centre and walk you through what to expect when you visit our centre to talk to an adviser.

The centre is at 57 Maid Marian Way, across the road from Tesco Express. You can expect a warm welcome when you walk into the centre and someone on the front desk will ask you a few questions to find out more about you and what kind of support you need.

Once you’ve been booked in, you’ll be asked to take a seat in in the waiting area, until your adviser is ready to see you. During the session, your adviser will talk to you about your circumstances and together you’ll develop an action plan, which will help prepare you for next steps.

Your first visit usually takes about an hour, so make sure you’re able to stay to get best out of the session.
