The Futures Group acquires Loughborough based apprenticeship agency
The Futures Group is an Ofsted rated Outstanding social enterprise at the forefront of providing jobs and skills advice, training and apprenticeships to support young people and adults into work or training. Futures is a registered government apprenticeship training agency, this enables us to offer companies new to apprenticeships expert advice and support in apprenticeships and hiring young people. Today we are acquiring Loughborough based apprenticeship training agency (ATA), IMPACT Apprenticeships.
We currently deliver the National Careers Service in the East Midlands and the central and eastern parts of England. Through the acquisition of IMPACT we are able to extend our footprint and services to business and young people seeking to hire or undertake an apprenticeship.
IMPACT Apprenticeships sought a sale to a like-minded organisation that matched its ethics and values. Hari Khurmi, Director of IMPACT and Vice Principal Finance & Infrastructure at Loughborough College explained “On behalf of the joint owners of IMPACT Apprenticeships – Loughborough College and MEGT (UK), we are delighted that Futures with their reputation for quality, values and high ethical standards will take IMPACT from its solid base and continue to grow and develop apprenticeship recruitment and employment services for employers both large and small.”
We employ apprentices on behalf of businesses across the East Midlands. The support we offer includes:
- workforce development advice
- identifying and recruiting young talent
- apprentice employment
- HR and payroll support
- individual support for the employer and the apprentice
- advice on the availability of apprenticeship and grant funding
