Futures Advice Skills and Employment Ltd is known as The Futures Group. We're a specialist in providing careers guidance, skills and education. Our services are promoted through three brands: Futures for You, our work supporting vulnerable people and engaging individuals for work; Futures for Business, providing recruitment, redundancy support and new skills for new or existing employees; and Futures Employment Solutions, providing apprenticeship recruitment and employment services to businesses. We're looking for a Director of Operations to join our energetic and forward thinking Executive Leadership Team, and be responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of all programmes.
