What are we looking for? 

Futures has been successful in winning contracts as part of the supply chain to support the delivery of the Restart Programme. Restart is the DWP’s major new welfare-to-work programme to provide employability support to the long-term unemployed people to help them into work.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to work within our Nottinghamshire Centres on a 2 years’ fixed-term contract. The successful candidates will provide a professional varied reception/administration service to the Company. We have a number of roles available across all our centres: Nottingham City Centre, Newark, Mansfield & Worksop.

This is a pivotal role within the business, providing a high standard of customer service as the initial contact for all customers visiting the centre including: covering reception duties, booking appointments, answering phone calls and processing data relating to the different contracts that we have secured.

We are looking for experienced customer service advisors who display the ability to be flexible whilst working under pressure to frequent tight deadlines. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident to work with a range of IT packages including the use of databases and excel. Educated to NVQ 2 or equivalent standard (e.g. 4/5GCSE’s@A-C level or intermediate GNVQ), you will have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

1.Covering reception duties – to include welcoming clients, answering calls, booking appointments

and supporting customers with form filling, if required

2.Auditing, archiving & reporting on all contracts

3.To support maintenance of databases ensuring efficient and accurate data input

4.Using Microsoft office for creating, inputting, storing, organising and manipulating data and reports.

5.Provide all admin support within the Business Support Team

6.Ensuring the working environment including meeting rooms and stationery areas are kept tidy

and appropriately stocked with relevant materials.

7.Processing of all data relating to all contracts

8.Undertake administration duties given by the line manager/senior.

9.Training staff as required in administration related areas

10.Providing a telephone switchboard service/reception service, welcoming external and internal customers.

11.Provide helpline cover on the National Careers Service helpline and undertake the associated

work that is involved.

12.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
