We are looking for a dynamic, influential and passionate leader, who shares our company values to join our experienced management team in Norfolk & Suffolk, which sits within our wider East of England management structure. You will lead a team of Employment Coaches as part of the JETS contracts across the Norfolk & Suffolk region. Therefore, a background in Information Advice and Guidance and/or employability is desirable, along with a knowledge of the local partners and labour markets. You will be an assigned lead on contracts linked to reducing unemployment and upskilling adults with the qualifications, confidence and skills needed to successfully progress in to sustainable employment.
You will be organised but adaptable in your approach and will seek and generate new ideas to ensure delivery of the best possible customer journey and to maximise opportunities for success. You will need to be committed; solution focused and be able to be seen as a positive role model. Many of the customers we support present with a variety of barriers to education, employment and training so you will need to be skilled in supporting coaches to identify how to overcome these barriers. You will be a key link for stakeholders and partner agencies and need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills that will help you develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with a view to sustainment and growth of your contracts.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level in a relevant field and we would like you to have a Level 3 Management and/ or Leadership Qualification. We will also welcome applicants without a management qualification who have over 18 months leadership experience as the right person who will make a difference is most important to us and we will support people in training if required. A background in IAG is also highly desirable though not essential, as skills from similar backgrounds (such as education/youth work/social care/counselling) are highly transferable.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Achieve performance and financial targets on allocated contracts.
- Line manage employment coaches to ensure teams maximise delivery opportunities and achieve all performance targets.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders and referral and support organisations
- Ensure that service delivery meets all quality standards and delivers an excellent customer journey.
- Identify new opportunities and funding streams to grow the business.
- Recognise that our people and their growth are our most important asset.
- Be a positive ambassador for Futures Services.
