The project will focus on job seekers and inactive people, providing additional and complementary activity to those people who need support to get themselves back into employment.

The Business Engagement Team Leader will drive effective employer engagement and account management activities for the achievement of skills engagement and apprenticeship targets. This will include providing advice and guidance on effective employer engagement, performance management of the team against achievement of quality and income targets and ensuring all paperwork and processes are compliant, accurate and completed in a timely manner.
