What are we looking for?
Highly skilled, resilient Skills Coaches are an important part of our growing Apprenticeship provision here at Futures for Business. This particular opportunity is open to individuals with significant experience of Management practices and a passion for supporting new and developing managers in the workplace.
This role is to deliver Management Apprenticeship Standards at Level 3 and Level 5 National level blended approach online and face to face delivery
Recent experience in the delivery and assessment methods of apprenticeship Standards; including the teaching and embedding of maths and English functional skills at levels 1 & 2 as part of an apprenticeship is essential. You should also have a sound knowledge of the Apprenticeship reforms and the new Apprenticeship Standards this role will deliver.
What will the role do?
Provide exceptional Teaching and Learning on a one to one and group delivery model to engage learners in developing Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours across the Apprenticeship standards fully preparing for the End Point Assessment.

Be Accountable for progress of learners and Off the Job using our online E portfolio, Learner destination and progress reviews, delivering Teaching and Learning, Functional Skills Embedding in all Teaching aspects, preparation and delivery. Supporting our on boarding and enrolment process.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Professional Management Qualified at least level 5 - E.G ILM 5
- Experienced Management Practitioner with current occupational competence and demonstrable knowledge of management models and theories
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent
- Teaching or Training Qualifications at minimum L4 or equivalent
- Knowledge of work based learning funding and Apprenticeship Standard requirements
- Have a positive can do attitude, be proactive, adaptable and flexible in their approach
- There is a requirement to pass an enhanced DBS check - the cost of the DBS check is covered by the company
- This role is home based but will require frequent travel across the East Midlands region. A full, clean drivers licence is essential
